Lopes wins California State Cyclocross Championships for the 2nd consecutive year!
Brian was stoked to take the win today at the 20th Anniversary of the LIinars (Spain) DH Race by over 5 seconds. He became the 1st rider to ever come in go under 3min on the course. 2:59:9, barely.
A heart-felt GRACIAS to the Misser Family for their hospitality.

Lopes piloted his ibis Mojo SL-R to a 12th place finish at BC Bike Race.
Testament to the reputation of the BC Bike Race is the fact that this year’s contestants included a seven-time grand tour finisher, Chann McRae, and arguably America’s most famous gravity racer, Brian Lopes.
The seven-day cross-country stage race traced a scenic path from Cumberland on Vancouver Island to Whistler, back on the British Columbian mainland. In between was a testing barrage of technical trails that kept even ‘Flyin Brian’ on his toes.

Brian who took on the 1504 mile drive with co-Pilot/mechanic Joe Binatena (The Bike Co) from Whistler onto Winter Park, Colorado to compete in Cranworx Colorado , made the most of it, as his winning streak continued and he landed the coveted podium spot for both Dual Slalom and Air DH.
